Been kinda laying low on here a while. Took a trip to Asia to visit my brother who teaches English in Hong Kong. We did a TON of walking (16 miles one of the days) and I only managed to squeeze in one run while a few of them slept in one morning. Home now. Plan on ramping up some training soon for maybe a June or July marathon/50k. Gotta take it slow and see how my foot feels. Still dealing with inflamed nerves near my toe joints.
