Today’s run fueled by unnecessary dumb comments on social media. I should let stuff roll off my back, but sometimes it digs in. And not even stuff directed at me, but toward defenseless co-workers. Why the hell do people not just stay in their lane and worry about their own life? Why do people need to be creeps? Ugh! So yea… Faster running to blow off some steam today.

Pilates class this morning (it was my 50th one!!) and then a 1.55 mile run this afternoon to kick off week 3 of my training for a 10k. I don’t have a specific race that I want to compete in, I’m just trying to up my mileage because I’d like to one day so a half marathon. My shins and knees don’t usually handle running well but they’ve been okay so far so we’ll see how it goes.
