I did a Pilates class this morning and then went for a run after class. I’ve been loving Pilates recently and I’m starting to run again to hopefully train for a longer race. I’ve always wanted to get into running but I’ve never run more than a few miles at a time.

Had a horseback riding lesson this morning and a Pilates class this afternoon. I’m studying for midterms currently but once I get home I’m going to do some yoga and stretching to loosen up my muscles. I’ve been having some issues with muscle cramps and back pain so I need to focus on making sure I stretch after workouts.

Today was a busy day. Started it off with horseback riding which always kills my legs. Then I did a 4:30 Pilates class and I just finished up an 8:00pm HIIT circuit with my roommate. Needless to say, I’m feeling today’s workouts already and will most definitely be sore tomorrow. About to do a deep stretch session and then head to bed.

Today was the absolute longest day of my life and I felt like I was running around all day, BUT I still managed to get two workouts in. Started the day off with a 6am Soulcycle workout and then did Pilates in the afternoon after I got out of class.
