Pilates class this morning (it was my 50th one!!) and then a 1.55 mile run this afternoon to kick off week 3 of my training for a 10k. I don’t have a specific race that I want to compete in, I’m just trying to up my mileage because I’d like to one day so a half marathon. My shins and knees don’t usually handle running well but they’ve been okay so far so we’ll see how it goes.



I did a Pilates class this morning and then went for a run after class. I’ve been loving Pilates recently and I’m starting to run again to hopefully train for a longer race. I’ve always wanted to get into running but I’ve never run more than a few miles at a time.
